Our Service across our platforms provides a robust range of applications to Registered Businesses to reach and responsibly interact with our Members.

A Registered Business
Between you and us, if you use and access our Service, any of our Web Sites or our Apps in any jurisdiction where local laws applicable to you define your lawful commercial activity as a business (and this activity must be a lawful commercial activity under the laws of the United States of America, also acceptable to us, as determined solely by us), you are “engaged in business”.
If you upload, inject, enter, post, place, contribute any advertising anywhere on our Service, our Web Sites or Apps or you market products or services or any organization in your User Content (or you place links that contain an affiliate code or advertising that redirect users to the sale of products and service by third parties for which you receive any form of payment or exchange of value) including in any text, images, audio or video (“Media”) anywhere on our Service, our Web Sites and/or Apps – you are “engaged in business” and you must register with us as a business and your User Content is also Ad Content.
It is prohibited for a user for a business to register with us as a user that is an individual consumer and to use our Service (as an individual consumer Member) entering, uploading, posting, sharing, injecting, placing advertising.
When you register with us as a business, if your registration is accepted by us, an account is created in the course of providing you with opportunity to purchase Spaces, subject to their availability, from us for the purpose of advertising.˙ Upon successful registration and completion of your order, if accepted by us, you are a Registered Business.
As a Registered Business, you may purchase additional Spaces, subject to their availability, from us at our published rates. We may, from time to time, in our sole discretion, provide Spaces, subject to their availability, to Registered Business during a “Promotional Period”, if any, at rates that are different than our published rates.˙˙
We may refer to you interchangeably as Business or as “Advertiser” or as “Provider” (of products and services). If your activity is regarded by anyone as “not-for profit” and you place advertising on our Service, you are an Advertiser as to your use of our Service.
We may associate an Advertiser Type with your activity based on information you provide to us. You may enhance or update your Profile with additional information.
You represent that you possess apparent and actual authority and you are authorized to agree for the Registered Business. We may request (or we may be required to obtain from you) your Taxpayer Identification Number (T.I.N.) or an Employer Identification Number (E.I.N.) or other governmental identification number depending upon your relationship with us. You agree to timely provide to us all requested information without delay.
You represent that you own all of your Content and all rights including, but not limited to moral rights to all your Content contained in all Media that you upload, inject, enter, post, place, contribute on our Service including this elegantdecisions.com Web Site and Apps including all of the following listed below (not a complete list). You warrant that you possess the right to link to any third party if any link to any third party is contained in your Content and that all persons in your Content have expressly waived any expectation of privacy including as to their Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”):
– persons, living or deceased;
– events and performances;
– logos, brands and badges;
– things, objects, places, structures or locations;
– third parties’ products and services or any third party advertising.
