This Service Privacy Settings Policy applies to your access and use of the Service and any of the Web Sites and Apps operated by owner d.b.a Broadcurrent (“Broadcurrent”) that are a family of platforms, each available at their respective domains via the Internet (collectively ‘Web Sites’), and related mobile applications (collectively, ‘Apps’) that have been created for your general information, entertainment as well as educational and personal use. This Service Privacy Settings Policy is incorporated into Terms of Service by reference as if fully rewritten therein.

If you are a User for a business, additional terms and policies apply to your use of our Service and any of our Web Sites and Apps, and to your User Content, advertising and ads (collectively “Ad Content”) including, but not limited to: Supplemental Terms Applicable To Advertisers, Payment Terms Applicable to Advertisers, Advertising Policies Applicable to Ads and Advertisers. Additional policies may supplement this Service Privacy Settings Policy as to a user for a business that is a Registered Business. Please also see the area at the bottom of this policy with the heading “Additional Information For Users For A Registered Business”. We refer to a user for a business, after completion of registration and an initial order with us for Spaces, interchangeably as “Registered Business” or ‘Advertiser” or “Provider’. We may refer to the Service, Web Sites and Apps as “we”, “us” or “our”. We may refer to you as “you” or “your”.

Service Privacy Settings Policy

The purpose of this Service Privacy Settings Policy is to inform you about settings, as available to you, that are technologies supplied to us by third parties (“Third Parties”) (collectively “Third Parties’ Technologies”) (collectively “Settings”) that can involve the display of your content, User Contributions and User Interactive Contributions and your text, images, video, audio (“Media”) (collectively “User Content”) or Ad Content that you enter, post, upload, update, create, inject, place, transmit, on our Service, Web Sites, Apps.

Settings, as available to you, may be labeled “private” or “friends” or “logged in users only” or “public” or other labels on our Service, Web Sites, Apps.

Settings, and their availablity (or manner of presentation), may vary based on your access and use of our Service on our different Web Sites or Apps as well as different Third Parties’ Technologies that we may use on our different Web Sites, Apps. We aim to provide information as to any said variations of Settings, if any, as available to you, and this variation information, if any, is incorporated into this Service Privacy Settings Policy regardless if the information appears on the Web Site, App that you accessed on which you used our Service not this web page.

We may, without notice, in our sole discretion, choose not to activate certain component features of Settings if any such component features are incidental to Settings of Third Parties’ Technologies.

Settings, Third Parties’ Technologies upon whom our Service relies may change (or be altered) without notice by Third Parties or Third Parties may adopt new technologies that change Settings.

We do not control Third Parties or Third Parties’ Technologies.

You can make selections from Settings, as available, when using our Service, Web Site, Apps.

By accessing and using our Service including any of our Web Sites or any of our Apps, you acknowkedge that you have read and understand this information and agree to the terms of this Service Privacy Settings Policy (and any other information about variations in Settings, if any) and you expressly agree that you are solely responsible for your Settings, as available to you, and any changes made by you (or anyone you authorize) to your Settings.

You are solely responsible for your Settings during any access and use of our Service.

The owner, operator of the Service, Web Sites, Apps, assumes no responsibility for the fitness for any particular purpose of Settings, Third Party Technologies (or the absence of any settings) including without limitation as to any privacy and security of any personally identifiable information or personal information of any user including any User Content on our Service, Web Sites, Apps.

If you are a user for a business that is a Registered Business, you represent that you possess apparent and actual authority and you are authorized to agree for the Registered Business.

If you do not accept this Service Privacy Settings Policy, you must discontinue use of our Service, Web Sites, Apps immediately.

User Public Profile

Your Public Profile is the information you provide to be publicly available.

Your Public Profile includes the following components of information:

Base name (your username)
Profile photo
Associated avatar (if any)
Member Type (Individual or Business, or other Member Types depending on the Web Site, Apps)

Your Public Profile is associated with your User Content Activities viewable based on Activites Settings

Your Activities (your entries in the real time feeds of our Service)
Your Activities updates
Your Media
Your Media updates, if any
Mentions that you make or receive
Following and selecting a User to Follow
Favorites and designating a user a Favorite
Friends and designating a user a Friend
Groups and creating a new Group
Group updates
Group Memberships and Users added to a Group
Group Invitations
Media and uploading Media
Media Updating
Polls and creating a Poll
Comments
Replies
Sharing

Activity Settings for User Content entered in the Activity Feed

Public
